A versatile and deeply expressive guitarist, Martin Metzger weaves together elements of Flamenco, Jazz, Brazilian Jazz, Afro-Cuban Jazz, and Classical music to create performances that are both moving and inspiring. His music radiates a vibrant energy that captivates audiences and touches the soul.
With over 35 years of performing and recording experience, Martin has collaborated with a wide range of diverse ensembles. His ongoing travels to Spain have deepened his passion for and mastery of Flamenco, enriching his artistry and authenticity.
Martin performs regularly at house concerts, weddings, corporate events, private parties, and public events—either as a soloist or with his current ensembles. His Flamenco Quartet is a dynamic and passionate ensemble; his vibrant Afro-Cuban Jazz Quartet; and an intimate Jazz/Brazilian Jazz Guitar Duo that showcases his lyrical and dynamic interplay.
