Miranda Sprague, is a Multi-Instrumentalist, Vocalist, Pianist, Composer, Producer and the founder of Coffee Jazz Collective. The Collective features several of her original compositions and arrangements. Highlighted members include: Robert Irving III, Ernie Adams, David Boykin, Thaddeus Tukes, Justin Dillard and Larry Brown Jr. In 2011, Miranda moved from Maine to Chicago to study music, specifically Jazz. She graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies and Vocal Performance from Chicago College of Performing Arts in 2016, and was awarded a Luminarts fellowship in 2017. Miranda has performed all over the Chicagoland area, including venues such as The Elbo Room, Martyrs, House of Blues and Emporium.

Miranda has taught a range of styles including Classical, Jazz, Pop and Rock. She currently teaches Voice, Piano, Bass, Drums, and Ukulele, Songwriting, Arranging, Music Theory and Production. Miranda believes that music is a great way to heal, learn and develop one's character. Her teaching style is fluid and customized to each students learning style and goals. She loves bringing out the best of her students through music education, and a warm hearted approach.
